Although something must be said for tried-and-true venues that always leave event organizers and attendees happy, most people enjoy a little variety, especially regarding recurring events like yearly conferences, incentives and awards trips, and corporate business meetings.

That’s why we’re so pleased to share some of the top new hotel venues available this year, with a reminder that it’s never too early to book a new destination before everyone else knows about it.

conrad orlando

Conrad Orlando

If you’ve never worked with this upper echelon of the Hilton Hotels brand, you will appreciate the attention to detail and commitment to bespoke service that is present throughout the hotel and its staff.

Just opened at the beginning of January, the hotel is part of the 1,100-acre Evermore Orlando Resort in central Florida – a first-of-its-kind vacation enclave with full house rentals, villas, apartments, and, of course, the Conrad Orlando Hotel. Altogether, the entire property offers more than 2,000 bedrooms, 433 of which are within the hotel.

For groups, there are more than 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, including spaces near Evermore Lagoon and private beach, a casual food hall with 15 different dining options, five in-house restaurants, a pool, Spa, and two 18-hole golf courses. And, like any Orlando resort, proximity to theme parks is a built-in perk at Conrad Orlando – Disney destinations are very close by, and other attractions are only minutes away.

Casino Floor at Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Fontainebleau Las Vegas

What happens in Miami didn’t stay in Miami – the legendary Fontainebleau Resort, made famous by Sinatra’s Rat Pack, welcomed a sister property on the Las Vegas strip at the end of 2023.

The Vegas version of Fontainebleau sits at the North end of the Strip, with convenient, easy access to the airport as well as attractions like Fremont Street and Downtown Las Vegas.

Besides 3,644 rooms and suites, Fontainebleau Las Vegas also boasts an incredible 550,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, world-class on-site shops, 36 restaurants and bars, the 2.0 version of LIV, Fontainebleau’s signature nightclub/performance space, a gorgeous gaming floor, and the LIV Beach Club which will open in the spring with the rest of pool season.

Lowes Arlington

Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center

Right in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, the latest expansion of the popular luxury Loews hospitality brand offers far more than just lodging (although its 888 rooms will all be flawlessly appointed).

Practically right next door to AT&T Stadium, where the NFL Dallas Cowboys play, and Globe Life Field , which is home to MLB’s Texas Rangers, The Loews Arlington takes connectivity to new levels.

Expected to open in February of 2024, the Loews Arlington offers 1,188 guest rooms, more than 250,000 square feet of event, exhibition, and meeting space, two restaurants, two bars, and a skybridge to sister property, LIVE! By Loews, which accommodates up to 1,500 guests, Arlington’s largest ballroom – at 14,194 square feet, up to seven additional meeting rooms, and hospitality suites.

Both properties will also offer innovative banquet menus, on-site audio-visual technologies and services, and custom website reservation capabilities for groups hosting events at Loews.
